High Desert Engagement Session | Sierra and Josh

I am so excited to share this gallery with you all! As always, it’s a joy and privilege to get to capture such beautiful love stories each and every day. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement. I am so grateful. Sierra and Josh’s sunrise engagement session took place bright and early at the local sand dunes in Twentynine Palms, California. The sand dunes are near Joshua Tree, but provide a slightly different desert look if you’re wanting something outside of the National Park’s rocks and trees.

This sweet couple reached out to me and requested to do a sunrise session specifically! They wanted to make sure that their love was displayed within their photos and overall, they wanted to have fun during their session. I hope these photos fulfilled their wishes and more!

One extra special detail about this session is that it was the first time that they showed one another the rings they picked out for each other. You know I love a good detail shot, and these rings made for the perfect close ups.

All in all, this gallery was really difficult to narrow down because it’s one of my favorites I’ve ever taken! Sierra and Josh were naturals in front of the camera, and glowed with authentic love and admiration for one another throughout my entire time with them. Thank you two for trusting me to tell your story.
