Newborn Photography in Southern California | The Lyons

I am forever grateful for clients who trust me time and time again. Justin and Bailey first hired me for a couples session at the sand dunes, which was pure magic.

Then, I had the privilege of capturing them a second time for their maternity photos- which were equally as amazing. They are seriously two of the most down to earth, kind, encouraging people! They are always down to allow me to be creative and we have such a good time when we shoot. And, their love is so evident.

Once their sweet baby girl, Brinely, was born they hired me to captured newborn photos. These were taken in my home studio in Twentynine Palms, California. Though I’m partial to couples sessions, this session in particular is one of my personal favorites. You can see in every session we do that not only do they endlessly love each other, but more importantly, they LOVE their new baby girl Brinley.

Along with the obvious family shots, I love to get images of mom and baby by themselves, and dad and baby by themselves. There’s something so sweet and tender about a newborn in their parent’s arms.

After several family shots and one-on-one snuggles with both mom and dad, little miss Brinley got her chance to shine in some solo photos. I am so obsessed with her outfit and this basket together. Like, are you kidding?!

In every newborn session, I love to get detail shots. They will never be this little again, and I want to capture every small detail so you can remember it all, forever.

I truly love all of my clients, but those who trust me time and time again hold a special place in my heart. It is the greatest compliment and honor. Thank you to Justin, Bailey, and Brinley for being the sweetest, most beautiful family.
